Needed a quick bite and stopped in. Was greeted with a smile and asked for my order. Got The King and the Southern Comfort. Both were very flavorful and fulfilling. Would come back again when in the area.

Walking in the service was great off the bat, I loved how nice the employees were. The food was really good and affordable. I got a buffalo bill taco and it was so flavorful, I had it with the green salsa which made it even better. My boyfriend had the Mexican cob salad and he found it really good. Overall, the place is great. :)

Food has been excellent as we work our way thru the menu. Currently my favorite place for tacos. Service has been good as well at the counter. Not so great an experience thru the drive thru.

Every time I come here the food is good and service is good. I like the 80s tunes they play as well. Their menudo is a must try if you like menudo you can grab it here at all hours Friday thru Sunday.

This place is like a Torchy's but less authentic. I'm not saying it is bad. I actually eat here because they are open 24/6. The food isn't bad at all. They put stuff in the tacos like cream corn and tater tots. Which throws you off because most of the staff have pretty thick Mexican accents. I would give it a try if you're out late and hungry.

Good food. Fast service. Pleasant atmosphere. More than fair prices. Love that it's right across the street from our nearby Costco. Very convenient. Don't expect fancy things--it's not designed for that. But if you want a tasty, filling meal and super tasty fruit drinks, this the place.

Extremely pleasantly surprised at FTG-SA! It's a little hard to spot but it's across UTSA boulevard from the Costco. Prices seem a bit high but the tacos are on the larger side, so it balances out. The service is friendly, and apparently this place runs 24x7 so you're sure to run into hungry college students at the odd hour. Their 'Rock Star' and 'Good Golly Miss Molly' are superb steak-based entrees, and their toppings like Roasted Poblano cheese are both delish and have some heat. Some of the offerings go a little overboard on the sauce and end up drippy, so order accordingly. Definite recommend if you're in the area. This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.
